PROJECT: Structuring a 2-year Mentorship Program.

 

AUDIENCE: President, vice presidents, board of directors, managers and potential.

 

CHALLENGE: To implement a global mentoring program in Brazil with the objective of increasing mentor engagement throughout the 10-meeting program and aligning expectations about the role of mentors in the development of their mentees.
