Support the professionals who participated in the Non-Violent Communication Workshop to  overcoming the barrier between learning and doing, generating more consistent and lasting results.

• Discuss the challenges of participants on how to apply CNV in their daily lives
• Exchange best practices by learning from the cases of group participants
• Practice with new role/real plays
