Learning Groups are active learning experiences. The participants are the protagonists of the journey and the quality of the interaction between the group is what promotes the best learning opportunities. We will be together in 4 weekly meetings of 2h30 from 15h00 to 17h30.

Sobre o evento

Leading and working as a team in times of remote management has become an even greater challenge. The topics covered in this program will have this context as a guiding thread, helping you to implement changes that make your interactions (remote and face-to-face) more productive and engaging.

In this workshop you will learn to:

  • Rethink your beliefs and mental models, minimizing the impact of judgments on your way of communicating and relating.
  • Practice listening, empathy and vulnerability in practice, increasing understanding of your feelings and those of others.
  • Recognize and express their needs, building trusting relationships.
  • Provide non-judgmental feedback, supporting the continuous development of people.
  • Communicate assertively and respectfully, seeking engagement from an authentic relationship.
  • Build solid agreements, generating mutual commitments that result in effective changes.
  • Manage conflicts, transforming impasses into learning opportunities.

Synchronous 10-hour program:

  • 4 weekly meetings of 2h30 always on Tuesdays from 15h-17h30 on the days: 03/08-10/08-17/08-24/08
  • 3 hours of asynchronous activities (pre-assignment and activities between meetings)

This program is an active experience (not Webinar, EAD, or Live) where participants are the protagonists of the journey! Our model is inspired by the experiential learning cycle and active methodologies that include the "flipped classroom" as a method. This means that in addition to the above schedule you should invest some time in activities and exercises between modules (around 1h per week).
