How to sustain a new form of communication?

Changing habits is a big challenge. We believe that, in order to sustain learning in the long term, practice groups are essential to apply learning in everyday life.

The objective of the program is to support participants to overcome the barrier between learning and doing, generating more consistent and lasting behavior changes.

In these 3 meetings you will:

  • Discuss the challenges of how to apply CNV in your daily life.
  • Exchange best practices by learning from the cases of group participants.
  • Practice NVC in dynamics proposed by the facilitators.
  • Access new content and exercises that support your development.
  • Design actions and practice new behaviors between encounters. 

6-hour synchronous program:

  • 3 hours of asynchronous activities (pre-assignment and activities between meetings)
  • 3 monthly meetings of 2 hours every Tuesday from 4pm to 6pm on the days: 04/27-05/25-06/22
