OIPÉ EXPERIENCES is our + your space for connection, reflection and experimentation on emerging and urgent topics! We want to "Ritualize Learning" as a group through deep and meaningful experiences.

Each meeting will be coordinated by Oipé consultants who will help to facilitate the dialogue, stimulate the sense making and the trends that emerge in the group. We strongly believe in the exchange between people as a possibility to find resonance, support, learning and generate innovation . In this active learning model, it is the participation of professionals with different perspectives that promotes the best opportunities for evolution.

In this 1st. meeting we will "put our finger on the wound" accessing the pains and challenges common to the group in a context of great uncertainties. We will exchange experiences and, who knows, we will design strategies together to deal with these challenges.

And to heat up our conversation even more, we will have super special guests who will give the 1st. step, sharing with us issues that have kept each of them awake at night.
