HR INTERVISION

Group supervision is a deep and effective reflective practice to work through real cases and challenges faced by participants. It is also an inward dive that expands our understanding of how our biography, beliefs and standards affect our professional practice. 

What you can experience:

• Safe space for listening, understanding and exchanging about dilemmas and real cases
• Possibility of observing parallel processes between what we will experience as a group and their professional practice
• Learning to explore and expose what was not said in the group and in the daily work
• Increase your self-awareness, confidence and ability to handle complex cases
• Becoming more aware of your own feelings and being able to use them in positive ways
• Expand your systemic view from new lenses brought by participants and facilitators

What happens at meetings:

• 4 biweekly online meetings, on the days: 

1. 11.05 from 08:00 to 10:00
2. 25.05 from 08:00 to 09:30
3. 08.06 from 08:00 to 09:30
4. 22.06 from 08:00 to 09:30

• Presentation of 1-2 cases per meeting followed by structured discussion mediated by facilitators
• Emphasis on emotional, ethical or practical issues depending on the need of the case presenter (client)
• Suggestion of tools that help the group to go beyond the cognitive experience of the case in question
